Living Your Life in the Spirit of God
Let us burn aglow with the fire of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 12:11)

John the Baptist prophesied of Jesus: “...He will baptise you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.” (Matt. 3:11b) The call to be filled with the Holy Spirit is not optional (Eph 5:18). Jesus Himself needed the baptism to fulfill His purposes and to accomplish the Father’s will here on earth as He preached the Kingdom Gospel (Luke 4:43) and destroyed the works of the devil (1John 3:8). How much more so are we, His people!
We can no longer afford to be negligent, dismissing this high calling. The times we are living are more and more challenging and it is becoming increasingly difficult to live the life of a true Christian (2Tim 3:1). Only through the power of the Holy Spirit is this possible (Acts 1:8).
Jesus passed the baton to His followers. We are to be transformed into mature manifestations of Him. What matters is that we truly become new creations in Christ, the Anointed One (Gal 6:15). Mini-christs! The Spirit of God flowing in us and through us! Kingdom sons and daughters, an extraordinary people, clothed in the same anointing as Jesus, extending the kindom of God on the earth as it is in heaven.
